2. Products & Handcrafted Authenticity

All KhyberWalk footwear is handmade by master craftsmen using genuine leather. Because every item is handcrafted, slight natural variations in leather texture, grain, and color tone are hallmarks of authentic heritage craftsmanship.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct online payment methods across Pakistan.
• We reserve the right to verify or cancel orders if inaccurate shipping or contact information is provided.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 working days. Real-time parcel tracking links and delivery status notifications are provided via WhatsApp and on-site tracking.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
